Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2+ years leadership in fast-paced hospitality preferred
• Experience with ordering and inventory controls
• Familiar with state and local health code requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Proven customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with overseeing dishwashing stewarding staff
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in dishwashing areas
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner
• Work in all kitchen stations and storage areas
• Move large equipment using forklifts or trucks
• Collaborate with F&B and other departments to meet goals
• Assist in hiring, training, staffing, and scheduling of stewarding team
• Supervise stewarding staff and provide necessary tools and resources
• Maintain inventory tracking for stewarding equipment and supplies
• Coordinate grease and trash removal and environmental cleanliness
• Ensure proper storage and transport of F&B equipment
• Maintain temperature logs for dishwashing equipment
• Engage with venue guests to ensure hospitality standards
