The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and physically able to stand and lift items.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality-related work.
• Must be able to multi-task and provide customer service.
• Physical ability to stand, lift heavy items, and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware to maintain hygiene.
• Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning when needed.
• Organize and store cleaned items for easy access.
• Keep kitchen floors, walls, counters, and equipment spotless.
• Support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams with equipment and supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste per hotel standards.
