Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center seeks a Kitchen Runner to coordinate kitchen equipment, deliver food, and assist chefs with plating and banquet setup. You will work across dining areas and support the steward team while maintaining FIFO standards.

The role requires flexible shifts, a Texas driver’s license preferred, and 21+ years of age due to vehicle insurance requirements. Weekly pay and meals may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stewarding, Kitchens or cleaning areas preferred.
• Must read and communicate in English.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to all kitchens, including the cafeteria, when needed.
• Set up and take down stations for serving and cleaning dishes.
• Assist in putting food and supplies away in the kitchen according to FIFO.
• Drive a golf cart and a small box truck to move food and equipment safely.
• Talk with the chef and banquet leaders to meet all needs.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
