The Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC) in Vero Beach, FL, is seeking a Steward & Utility Worker in the Food & Beverage department to support daily stewarding, sanitation, and supply distribution for dining, catering, and concessions.

This hands-on role leads by example, serves as the point person during shifts, assists with onboarding and training, and collaborates with the Chef Manager to maintain clean, safe, and organized operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid food handler certification.
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in stewarding and utility tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact for the stewarding team during shifts, relaying needs to the Chef Manager.
• Onboard and train new stewarding staff in cleaning, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and trays using commercial dish machines and sinks.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and transport supplies between locations.
• Support line prep, dining room service, and events as needed.
