Job summary

Atlantic Fields is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to join the Food and Beverage Culinary Department at Atlantic Fields, outside Hobe Sound, FL. The Kitchen Steward maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygienic state of all kitchens and back-of-house areas, supporting setup, serving and break-down for events.

You will work with culinary and F&B leaders to uphold exemplary standards, keep prep areas tidy, and handle inventory and cleaning products.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience preferred.
• At least three (3) months guest service experience at a high-end establishment.

Responsibilities

• Create exemplary culinary standards with leadership.
• Keep all food prep areas clean and tidy.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in all service areas and equipment.
• Provide courteous, professional service and care of kitchen items.
• Ensure kitchens are cleaned before/after daily operations.
• Assist with inventory control of catering equipment and plateware.
• Know cleaning products and keep areas stocked.
• Manage linen usage and laundry flow.
• Assist culinary staff and perform side work as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
