Job summary

The Westin at Frenchman’s Reef in St. Thomas seeks a Steward Supervisor to lead the stewarding team and uphold our high cleanliness standards.

You will manage inventory, coordinate schedules, and train staff to deliver exceptional hospitality support in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
