Job summary

Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas is seeking a Steward to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support the culinary team in a beachfront, luxury setting.

You will wash dishes, assist prep, and ensure proper food handling while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Join a vibrant hospitality group delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support the culinary team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies
