This position is instrumental in creating an environment and executing service that blows our guests away. The Servers – Casino Service must continually seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building relationships. The pay is $7.25 plus tips. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:***(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)** Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Casino Bristol their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.### · Takes customer drink orders, serves drinks and collects monies in a courteous and efficient manner.### · Adheres to food and beverage policies and State Liquor Laws.### · Completes all required set-up duties on time.### · Keeps station clean at all times.### · Promotes positive customer relations.### · Responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guests checks.### · Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.**NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Attend seminars when needed. **EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:***(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)* High school diploma or equivalent required. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc):*** Must have valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge when working.* Must have good oral communication skills.* Interpersonal skills must include a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude, common courtesy towards others and the ability to deal successfully with stressful situations.* Must be able to lift up to ten (10) pounds frequently throughout shift.* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.* Must have the ability to withstand noisy and smoke filled environments.* Must be able to sit 20% of shift and walk 80% of shift.
