Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a dedicated kitchen sanitation associate to help maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas in our stadium and venue operations. You will handle dishwashing, sanitation, trash removal, and equipment handling in accordance with safety and company standards.

This role emphasizes timely, reliable performance, adherence to appearance and break schedules, and support for event setups.

Performs job duties required to maintain kitchen work areas and kitchen equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Ensures all assigned dishwashing, sanitation, trash removal and equipment-handling responsibilities are completed in accordance with safety, sanitation and company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaning and Sanitation

• Sweeps and mops floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and all other food preparation surfaces as assigned.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment.
• Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans in appropriate and assigned areas.
• Complies with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.

Equipment and Supply Handling

• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors and glass crushers.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas while observing all safe lifting standards.
• Assists with loading, unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.

Trash Removal and Facility Support

• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup as requested.

Company Standards and General Responsibilities

• Arrives at the scheduled time and adheres to all required break times.
• Adheres to all Company appearance standards and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
