Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co in Arlington is seeking a dependable Steward to uphold the highest cleanliness and organization across kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will clean dishes, glassware, and equipment, operate dishwashing machines, and support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams to ensure smooth service.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or hospitality operations is helpful.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware to maintain hygiene.
• Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning as needed.
• Organize and store cleaned items for easy access and smooth operations.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and safe; assist culinary teams as required.
• Deliver supplies to kitchen/service areas and manage waste per standards.
• Report equipment issues to supervision and follow safety procedures.
