Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations. You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, and help with basic food prep during busy times. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency in a hotel dining environment.

Qualifications

HighSchool diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous stewarding experience required or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans in a timely manner.
Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment safely.
Stock clean dishes and utensils in serving areas and storage.
Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment.
Assist with food preparation during peak periods or staff shortages.
Support guest satisfaction by keeping areas tidy and responsive.
