The Biltmore Los Angeles is seeking a Steward II to uphold safety and cleanliness in our kitchen operations at onsite Los Angeles location. You will operate dishwashing equipment, maintain sanitation, and support culinary teams to ensure guest experiences meet our high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy kitchen areas.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing and pot-washing equipment safely.
• Wash, rinse, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and related spaces.
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures (SDS).
• Support Culinary and Banquet teams with equipment and service needs.
