We are hiring immediately for a full-time STEWARD position.

Location: Dollar General Corporation - 100 Mission Ridge, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior steward experience preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Job Summary

Summary: Perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Segregate and remove trash, steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment safely.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
• Follow sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
