The Role
The Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This position requires the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.
This is a fast-paced role that may involve customer interaction. Stewards may also assist with plating food for events, and therefore, Food Handlers Certification is required.
Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is necessary for this shift.
