Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St George, UT seeks a Guest Service Attendant to deliver friendly, professional service to guests, assist with club rentals, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting.

As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, you will learn, contribute, and grow while upholding safety standards and contributing to guest experiences. Previous front-desk or service experience preferred; training provided.

• Provides sincere and courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serves customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
