Steward Position Requirements

Assist in the setup, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant interior and exterior. Wash, store, and stock all dishware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment. Maintain the dishwashing machine and keep the area clean and sanitary.

Requirements

• Constantly stand and move at a well-paced rhythm for up to four hours.
• Effective communication and attentive listening skills.
• Ability to work in wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust, and loud noise.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
