Responsibilities

• Prepares the dining room for operations and service.
• Executes the set-up of dining spaces and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment.
• Vacuums dining spaces to ensure continued cleanliness.
• Irons table cloths.
• Sets table according to prescribed standards.
• Crumbs chairs.
• Maintains cleanliness of common spaces.
• Performs routine deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
• Moves tables and chairs to achieve necessary configurations.
• Maintains the look of the space.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
