Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain cleanliness of dining areas and back-of-house facilities in a luxury resort environment.

You will wash dishes, restock supplies, and support kitchen and service staff while upholding high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, ability to work under pressure, physical stamina.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• The Steward ensures the cleanliness of Food & Beverage cutlery, plates, and glassware.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, restock supplies, and assist kitchen/service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas.
• Organizing storage, managing waste/recycling, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, overseeing supplies.
• Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
• Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
