Four Seasons Jackson Hole seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional service at the counter, describing menu items with vivid detail and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will handle requests, anticipate needs, and support inventory and supplies in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests. Including any special needs or requests through using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; provide items to the guest at the counter or table in a timely manner.
• Have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Accommodate guest orders, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High School or college degree preferred
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
