Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets with exceptional service and meticulous cleanliness at the Surfside location. This role forms part of the Stewarding and Food & Beverage teams and contributes to a luxury guest experience.

You will ensure cleanliness of utensils, pots, and equipment, maintain sanitation standards, and follow safety guidelines. The position requires physical ability and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Personal presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain sanitation of all major kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and in accordance with policy.

About the role:

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding and Food and Beverage departmen t .

What you will do:

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine


• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities


• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils


• Maintain the silver polishing program


• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

What you bring:

• Personal presentation and interpersonal skills.


• Strong time management skills: ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.


• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs.
