Job Summary

Perform duties to maintain kitchens and food distribution areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper operation of equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sweep and mop floors to ensure safety and sanitation.
2. Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
3. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
4. Remove trash and garbage, and clean trash cans.
5. Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
6. Transport supplies and equipment safely.
7. Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
8. Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
9. Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
10. Follow sanitation and safety protocols.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Push/pull 50 lbs.
• Wear slip-resistant shoes.
• Work in hot and cold environments periodically.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude.
