Job Summary

Maintain all kitchens and food distribution areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors regularly to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and garbage, and clean trash cans.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment safely.
• Assist with banquet and front-of-house setup as needed.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Wear slip-resistant shoes.
• Work in hot and cold environments periodically.
• Teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude.
