Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a Steward to support the Stewarding team in maintaining top-notch cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas. The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will contribute to a responsible, guest‑centric hospitality culture by ensuring safe handling of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and consistent cleanliness in all F&B spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year related work experience.
• Must be able to work as part of team.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a machine.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, kettles, mixers, and kitchen equipment; clean, floors, and drains.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house Food & Beverage areas.
• Safely store cleaning chemicals with protective clothing.
• Ensure the employee cafeteria is well maintained.

About The Role

We are seeking a Steward, an exciting opportunity to be part of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville!

This individual will provide support to our Stewarding team. A high standard of work ethic and cleanliness as well as a positive attitude will make a successful candidate.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware from dishwashing machine and store properly
• Clean and sanitize all ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment as well as all kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; clean, dust, seep, mop, polish, scrub, wash, strip, and buff kitchen production areas and hallways
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions
• Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc.
• Safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing
• Ensure the employee cafeteria is well maintained, clean, and sanitized

Visa Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

What You Will Do

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
