Job summary

Bally's Kansas City Casino is hiring a customer-facing team member to maintain a pleasant, friendly attitude toward guests and to support safe, orderly operations in a high-volume environment.

The role requires reading and following simple instructions, complying with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, and performing tasks such as stocking ice bins, cleaning areas, and assisting with promotional activities while working varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Must understand Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly attitude toward all guests at all times.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Empty garbage and mop floors.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Comply with Bally's policies and procedures and be flexible with shifts.

• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Emptygarbage and mopfloors.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's and departmental management.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
