Poston Butte Golf Club in Florence, AZ is seeking a part-time Steward to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality. This role focuses on kitchen cleanliness, proper stocking of dishes, and safe work practices in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required, and training will be provided. ServSafe certification is preferred; regular attendance is expected. Benefits include healthcare, retirement matching, and employee meals.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.

Minimum Qualifications for the Steward:

• No prior experience required but will train.

Other Qualifications:

ServSafe certification preferred.

Regular and Reliable attendance.
