Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club, part of Troon, is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Steward in Wickenburg, AZ. You will learn and contribute in a fast-paced hospitality environment, focusing on keeping dishes, kitchen areas and storage clean and organized.

Training is provided for those new to the role, with ServSafe certification preferred and reliable attendance expected. This position offers a hands-on opportunity within a globally recognized golf and community management company, with

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties trash and disposes garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores dishes and wares properly.
• Follows safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes and cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs additional duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Steward:

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Steward:

• No prior experience required but will train.

Other Qualifications:

• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Regular and Reliable attendance.
