Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon, a Troon-managed property in St George, UT, is seeking a part-time Steward/Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will help clean, sanitize, stock dishes, and keep the kitchen organized to uphold high standards of safety and efficiency.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. ServSafe certification is preferred, and reliable attendance is expected as part of a supportive hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning tasks (steam tables, hoods, exhaust system).
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas; cleans after close.

Description

Entrada at Snow Canyon, located in St George, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Steward/Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, through sweeping and mopping
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

No prior experience required; will train

ServSafe certification preferred

Maintains regular and reliable attendance
