Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club in Wickenburg, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Steward to support our fast-paced kitchen operations. The role offers hands-on training with a focus on learning and growth within a hospitality-driven property organization.

Responsibilities include dish and kitchen sanitation, proper stocking, and maintaining clean work areas. No prior experience is required, but ServSafe certification is preferred, and regular attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Steward:
