Job summary

Westmoreland Country Club in Export, PA, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Steward to keep the kitchen clean and organized while ensuring members and guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

The role covers dishwashing, storage, deliveries, and event support with a focus on sanitation and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and service areas
• Assists with receiving and storing deliveries
• Removes trash and recycling and upholds sanitation standards
• Supports banquet, restaurant, and special event operations as needed
• Follows all food safety, health, and club standards

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose

This vital position helps maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while ensuring members and guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and service areas
• Assists with receiving and storing deliveries
• Removes trash and recycling and upholds sanitation standards
• Supports banquet, restaurant, and special event operations as needed
• Follows all food safety, health, and club standards
