Job summary

Audubon Country Club, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a part-time Steward for a seasonal 6-month or shorter assignment. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management and support a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires no prior experience, though training will be provided; ServSafe certification is preferred. Attendance is essential, including holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage and recycling.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Description

Audubon Country Club, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Steward! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities of the Steward:

Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.

Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, sweeping & mopping.

Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage and recycling.

Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment and exhaust system.

Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Steward:

No prior experience required but will train.

ServSafe certification preferred.

Regular and Reliable attendance.

Must work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights
