Job summary

Beechmont Country Club in Beachwood, Ohio, is seeking a Full-Time Steward to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will help keep dishes, cookware, and glassware clean, organized, and readily available, supporting a hospitality-focused property within Troon.

No prior experience is required, we train. ServSafe certification is preferred. We value dependable attendance and a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but will train.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Regular and Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
