Steven Honda is seeking experienced Honda Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda vehicles with high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Honda certification or manufacturer training preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Service Department.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform Honda-specific diagnostics and repairs.
• Complete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow Honda, dealership, and safety procedures.

MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS!

PRODUCTION BONUS PAID AT TIME-AND-A-HALF (1.5X) BASED ON PRODUCTIVITY!

At Steven Honda, your productivity is rewarded. All technicians receive a production bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable production objective.

Compensation

COMPETITIVE FLAT-RATE PAY + TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS

All technicians receive a production bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay based on productivity.

Technicians can earn $70,000 – $100,000+ annually based on experience and performance.
