Seaboard Marine Houston is seeking a team-oriented supervisor to oversee stevedore operations during vessel loading and discharge, coordinating with Equipment Operators and Stevedores to ensure safe, efficient cargo handling and strict adherence to work instructions.

The position requires leadership of warehouse labor, forklift operation (9K/30K/52K) with certification, strong English communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced port environment while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in longshore or equivalent warehousing/port environment with heavy cargo handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stevedore operations during vessel loading and discharging.
• Coordinate with Equipment Operators and Stevedores for safe, efficient cargo handling.
• Ensure gear is inspected and P.P.E. is used; report damages to Superintendent.
