Role

We are looking for a passionate Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This technician is responsible for keeping dental instruments and operatories clean, sanitized, organized, and ready for use throughout the day. They will also set up and break down exam and surgical rooms, ensuring overall cleanliness of the office.

Salary: $30-$39 per hour

Benefits

Responsibilities

• Ensure instruments are sterilized according to OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean work area
• Set up and break down operatories
• Follow Exposure Control procedures for bloodborne and airborne pathogens
• Maintain and assist with compliance logs
• Restock and maintain inventory
• Maintain office cleanliness throughout the day
• Assist with seating and dismissing patients (note: does not assist with procedures)
• Receive and unpack deliveries, organize supplies
• Gain proficiency in setting up surgical equipment
• Report ongoing issues to the GM
