Job summary

BD in Covington, GA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun, 5am–5:30pm) to lead the Sterilization Receiving team. You will direct daily activities, monitor workloads, and ensure on-time processing of inventory and orders.

Responsibilities include SOP compliance, interdepartmental coordination, and driving safety and continuous improvement. A HS diploma and 2–3 years of related experience are required; associate degree and forklift cert are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, or sterilization ops.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred; forklift certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to Sterilization Receiving personnel.
• Oversee receipt, verification, and processing of inventory and orders.
• Ensure SOPs, training, and safety practices are followed.
• Coordinate with Planning, Transportation, Production, and Warehouse teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
