Job summary

BD is seeking a Warehouse Leadership role in Covington, GA, to guide Sterilization Receiving and related operations on a weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 5am-5:30pm). You will supervise the team, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Planning, Transportation, and Production to meet service commitments.

The role requires 2–3 years in warehouse/logistics, leadership experience, and familiarity with ERP/MES systems. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or sterilization operations.
• Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/MES systems.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to Sterilization Receiving personnel.
• Assign work activities and monitor workloads to ensure priorities are met.
• Serve as a resource for procedures, systems, and problem resolution.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Oversee receipt, verification, and processing of sterilization inventory and orders.
• Coordinate with Planning, Transportation, Production, and Warehouse teams to support requirements.
• Move trailers to and from the dock doors using the yard truck.
• Identify and report quality concerns and ensure SOP compliance.
