The role requires coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and upholding GDP and safety standards. This position, based in Covington, GA, operates on 1st shift (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm) with potential weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with related experience.
• 2–3 years’ related experience for Associate’s level option.
• 4–5 years’ related work experience with HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate MHE and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse.
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (min. 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse associates.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipments from the distribution center.
• Maintain compliance with inventory control and warehouse systems.
• Schedule work and manage staffing to handle workload fluctuations.
• Ensure safety and GDP compliance and provide staff training.
