Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Georgia Sterilization facilities. The role focuses on leading weekend operations, coordinating staffing across campuses, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP, QSR, and FDA standards while managing budgets and operational KPIs.

The position requires at least five years of supervisor experience, a degree or equivalent, and knowledge of MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification; or equivalent.
• 5+ years of supervisor experience.
• Understand GMP.
• 1+ years of FDA experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee weekend operations across all Georgia campuses, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of business activities.
• Manage staffing needs through interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, performance oversight, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, DOPs, FDA/QSR requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and actively participate in Lean initiatives to improve operational efficiency and standardize processes.
• Maintain proficiency in MRP systems and ensure accurate inventory transactions, material movements, and operational reporting.
• Develop and submit departmental metrics and reports, including budget performance, WIP inventory, cost variances, and operational KPIs.
