Qualifications

• Experience leading sterilization/dispensing teams.
• Knowledge of infection prevention practices and regulatory standards.
• Ability to develop and monitor quality assurance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage sterilization/dispensing staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for sterilization, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and establish service standards for staff.
• Participate in Infection Control and Clinic Operations committees.
• Plan and evaluate sterilization, dispensing, inventory, and instrument tracking operations.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention requirements and accreditation standards.
• Supervise decontamination, high-level disinfection, packaging, sterilization, storage, and inventory control.
• Develop ongoing education and professional development programs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and documentation.
