• Design and evaluate systems to support patient care and promote teamwork.
• Mentor and develop Central Sterile Technicians.
• Respond promptly to department needs and maintain workflow.
• Monitor productivity and allocate staffing for workload and case volume.
• Oversee staffing decisions in collaboration with department leadership.
