Imagen Dental Partners LLC is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant/Sterile Tech to join our growing team in Santa Monica, CA. The role offers modern technology, ongoing training, and a long-term career path with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• High school diploma or GED.
• State-required certifications (e.g., Radiology Certification, CPR, RDA/RDAEF).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with dental software Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant is preferred
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
