Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age prior to start date.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and use a full range of body motion throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift and/or move more than 25 pounds.
Must be able to use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Certification as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required within 18 months of hire.
Responsibilities
Clean, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
Inspect and assemble instruments for procedures.
Prepare and deliver supplies to operating room staff.
Maintain inventory and organize storage areas.
Use computer systems to track instruments and sterilization processes.
Skills
Ability to clean and sterilize surgical instruments
