Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRCST certification or CSPDT preferred within one year.
• Minimum 1 year SPD experience or CRCST/CSPDT certification with limited experience.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble and package surgical instruments per IFU and protocols.
• Maintain sterilization logs and QA records for equipment.
• Identify priorities from surgical schedule and support OR readiness.
• Rotate shifts and maintain attendance and professional appearance.
