Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide decontamination, assembly and packaging of surgical instruments following SOPs.
• Maintain sterilization logs and quality assurance records for equipment.
• Interpret surgical schedule and communicate needs to minimize delays.
• Identify instrument ownership and track inventory for readiness.
• Operate sterilization equipment including steam and hydrogen peroxide devices.
• Use QA testing tools to ensure instrument safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following PPE and infection control.
• Rotate shifts and maintain reliable attendance and professionalism.
