AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to clean, reprocess and sterilize medical equipment, ensuring readiness for patient care. You will work under supervision, contribute to orientation, and support decontamination, tray assembly and supply management.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and ongoing learning through in‑services and competency-based training, with full-time schedule and day shifts.

Mansioni

• Cleans and disinfects reusable medical equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Reprocesses instruments in decontamination, assembly and sterilization areas.
• Communicates with hospital departments and uses chain of command to resolve issues.
• Unpacks stores and transports equipment to departments within the facility.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Assists Supervisor or Educator and performs other duties as assigned.
