You will maintain cleanliness, organize instruments, and ensure proper sterilization cycles to support patient care. This full-time position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or next level of higher education.
• Strong leadership, organizational, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment.
• Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience.
• Basic working knowledge of computers and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminates and inspects surgical instruments.
• Cleans and decontaminates reusable patient equipment.
• Loads sterilizer rack and records contents.
• Organizes case carts and maintains sterilization records.
• Transports clean carts and instruments between departments.
• Performs housekeeping and daily testing of SPD units.
