Job summary

Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sterile Processing Instrument Technician for a full-time evening or night shift. You will work in Decontamination, Processing and Sterilization, ensuring instruments are cleaned, inspected, and assembled for high-level disinfection while following Manufacturer Instructions and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform Decontamination, Processing and Sterilization of instruments.
• Inspect, test and assemble instruments for high-level disinfection.
• Maintain accurate documentation in logs or computer systems.
• Prioritize instrumentation for processing and dispatch supplies as needed.
• Answer phones and assist with instrument and supply dispatch.
