Qualifications

• Attention to detail required in decontamination, prep and case build tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to manage instrument tracking and inventory.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking for clear communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination and cleaning of instruments per policy.
• Assist in prep and packaging of instruments and trays.
• Support sterilization, high-level disinfection and storage activities.
• Process case build tickets and update tracking records.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety guidelines.
