• Completion of an accredited Sterile Processing program or Surgical Technology program or 18 months relevant Sterile Processing experience.
• Ability to float to all locations of UCI Health as needed.
• Knowledge and practice of infectious control techniques and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, clean, process, and sterilize supplies and equipment across the hospital and outlying clinics.
• Charge, billing and logging of service as well as patient charges for the OR.
• Perform daily biological testing and participate in performance improvement projects.
