Qualifications

• CRCST/CSPDT/CST/TS-C or CORST preferred; certification must be achieved within 24 months of hire.
• IAHCSMM certification prep course preferred.
• Previous sterile processing or healthcare-related experience is preferred.
• Decontaminate and sterilize instruments per procedures; follow OSHA and TJC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and sterilize all instruments and equipment according to procedures.
• Maintain inventory and par levels of instruments and supplies.
• Assemble and prepare basic instrument sets and case carts.
